        Pianist Eunhwa Lee continues to captivate audiences through profound interpretations and richly varied sound. She has been described by the Music-Edu Magazine Korea as “strong but also beautifully sensitive.”


        Born in South Korea, Eunhwa Lee has been a worldwide top prizewinner of numerous competitions including Concert Artists International Virtuoso Competition, Vancouver International Music Competition, US Metropolitan International Piano Competition, New Hampshire International Piano Competition, Texas State International Piano Festival Competition, Asia-Musicians Association Competition, Korea-Germany Brahms Association Competition and Sejong Ensemble Competition.


        Eunhwa Lee is an active and prominent performer of both solo and chamber music. She has performed in various recitals, at festivals, and with orchestra across the USA, Canada, Germany, England, Austria, Czech, Russia, and South Korea. She has appeared as a soloist with orchestras including the Round Rock Symphony, the Chicago Ensemble, the Sejong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Gangnam Symphony Orchestra, and the Anyang Chamber Orchestra. Her performance highlights include solo and chamber performances in various venues. She has given recitals at the Carnegie Weil Recital Hall in New York, the Buntrock Hall in the Chicago Symphony Hall, the New York National Opera Center, the Cincinnati Memorial Hall, the Vienna Yamaha Hall, the Patti Strickel Harrison Theatre, the Baum Hall, the Carey Auditorium, the Cedal Grand Hall, the Moonho Art Hall, the Mozart Hall, the Youngsan Art Hall, and the KNC Hall.

 
         Eunhwa Lee started her musical studies at the age of five in Seoul, South Korea, and graduated from Yewon Arts School and Seoul Arts High School. She is also a top-honors graduate of Seoul National University and Indiana University where she studied with Prof. Hie-Yeon Choi, Aviram Reichert, Kwihyun Kim, and Arnaldo Cohen with multiple scholarships for distinguished musicians.


         At the present, she is serving as Educator-Coach at NKU, Collaborative Piano Faculty at MSJ, and CCM while studying with legendary pianist James Tocco at the University of Cincinnati and showing progressive performing activity.

          Born in South Korea, Eunhwa Lee spent her formative years at the Yewon School, Seoul Arts High School, and Seoul National University in South Korea under Hie-Yeon Choi, Aviram Reichert, Kwihyun Kim, and Kyosil Kang and was at the Indiana University in US under Arnaldo Cohen. At the present, she is studying with James Tocco in College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati.

        Born in South Korea, pianist Eunhwa Lee indulges her musical wanderlust with an itinerary that is constantly challenging and fresh.

        She has been a top prize winner of numerous competitions and appeared at the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, and Chicago Symphony Hall. Lee collaborates with various artists and her drive to support composers has led Lee to give frequent premieres of new works.

   Eunhwa Lee holds degrees from Seoul National University (BM, MM) and Indiana University (PD) with multiple scholarships for distinguished musicians. She is currently a doctoral candidate under James Tocco at College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati.

    Residing in Cincinnati, she happily tinkers in the kitchen whenever at home, feeding friends all of her experiments.
